Introduction

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains your rights as an event attendee (“Event Attendee”) regarding ticket purchases made through the Eventfixa platform, whether via our website or mobile application (the “Platform”).

By purchasing a ticket on Eventfixa, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy and agree to its terms.


1. Role of Eventfixa

  • Eventfixa is a self-service platform that enables event creators (“Event Organisers”) to list, promote, and sell tickets directly to their intended audience.

  • Eventfixa provides the technology infrastructure for ticket sales but is not responsible for the planning, execution, safety, or quality of events listed on the Platform.

  • Event Organisers are solely responsible for their events, their terms of sale, and responding to attendee enquiries.

  • Eventfixa shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or dissatisfaction arising from the cancellation of an event or any incident occurring at an event purchased through the Platform.


2. Processing Fees

  • Eventfixa reserves the right to charge a one-time, non-refundable processing fee (“Eventfixa Fee”) for each ticket purchased via the Platform.

  • This fee covers payment processing and platform service costs and is non-refundable under all circumstances.


3. Event Cancellation or Dissatisfaction

  • If you are dissatisfied with the quality of an event, Eventfixa will not be liable for any damages (including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages) connected to your experience.

  • Eventfixa does not refund ticket costs due to dissatisfaction with event quality.


4. Refunds

  • If an event is cancelled, postponed, or materially changed, Eventfixa will assist in facilitating communication between you and the Event Organiser regarding refunds.

  • Refund eligibility and approval are determined solely by the Event Organiser, based on their refund policy.

  • Where a refund is approved, you are entitled only to the ticket value paid to the Event Organiser. The Eventfixa Fee remains non-refundable.


5. Force Majeure

If an event is cancelled or you are unable to attend due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe or extraordinary weather (including flood, earthquake, or other acts of God),

  • Fire, war, pandemic, epidemic, insurrection, terrorist act, riot, accident, emergency, or

  • Government actions or restrictions,

Eventfixa will only assist in facilitating communication with the Event Organiser. Eventfixa shall not be held liable for issuing refunds.


6. How to Request a Refund

If you experience any of the situations outlined above, you agree to contact the Event Organiser directly regarding your refund request.
