This T&C represents a binding agreement between:

ZENITHBEAM SOLUTIONS LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as the owners of “Eventfixa,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our,” which expression shall, where the context so admits, include its successors and assigns).
These Terms govern your use of the Eventfixa website, www.eventfixa.com, and all affiliated websites, mobile applications, and related platforms operated by us (collectively, the “Platform”) and our Services.
“You” and “Your” refer to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
Eventfixa is a technology company that provides event hosting and ticketing solutions through its Platform.
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this document. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Unless the context requires otherwise:
Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa;
References to any gender include all genders;
References to individuals include their legal representatives.
“Event Organiser” means any person or entity that creates, promotes, or manages an event using the Platform.
“Services” means all products and services offered by Eventfixa.
“User” means any person who accesses or uses the Platform.
“User Profile” means the account created by a User on the Platform.
“Event Attendee” means any person who purchases or obtains a ticket for an event listed on the Platform.
These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Eventfixa and set out the conditions under which you may use the Platform.
The Platform is intended only for individuals aged 18 years or older. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
Your use of the Platform is governed by the version of the Terms in effect at the time of use. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Eventfixa provides the Platform electronically. All queries must be directed through our official support channels.
Eventfixa provides Services that allow Event Organisers to create, manage, and sell tickets for events.
If you register as an Event Organiser, you confirm that:
You are the event organiser or have express authorization to sell tickets on behalf of the organiser;
You are solely responsible for your relationship with Event Attendees;
Tickets sold via Eventfixa do not create a contractual relationship between Eventfixa and Event Attendees.
You agree to:
Handle all communication with Event Attendees directly;
Respond to attendee inquiries within 3 days;
Accept full responsibility for event cancellations, postponements, or changes;
Comply with all applicable Nigerian laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you fail to comply.
To create a User Profile, you must provide accurate registration details, including your name (or company name), phone number, and email address.
You authorize us to verify this information where necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Eventfixa is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence. You must notify us immediately of any suspected breach.
We reserve the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform at our discretion.
You agree not to:
Use the Platform in a way that damages or disrupts our systems;
Engage in unlawful activities including fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or misrepresentation;
Impersonate any person or entity;
Post content without proper authorization;
Access another User’s account without permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct and pursue legal remedies where necessary.
You consent to receiving notices, updates, and communications electronically. You are responsible for any costs associated with receiving such communications.
Your personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable Nigerian data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you consent to the transmission and processing of your data as required to provide our Services.
We reserve the right to monitor, access, or archive usage of the Platform to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
The Platform and all related content, logos, designs, and materials are the intellectual property of Eventfixa and are protected by applicable laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes without our written consent.
You are responsible for the hardware, software, and internet connectivity required to access the Platform.
Eventfixa is not liable for technical failures, viruses, or disruptions caused by third-party networks.
You agree to indemnify and hold Eventfixa, its directors, officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may suspend, restrict, or modify Services at any time for maintenance or improvements.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for breach of these Terms or other lawful reasons.
You may withdraw and stop using the Platform at any time.
Certain obligations, including indemnity and limitation of liability, survive termination.
You represent that:
You are at least 18 years old;
All information provided is accurate and current;
Your use of the Platform complies with Nigerian law;
If acting on behalf of a company, you are duly authorized.
Eventfixa is not a party to any transaction or dispute between Event Organisers and Event Attendees.
We are not responsible for fraudulent transactions, cancellations, event quality, or losses suffered by Users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eventfixa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Eventfixa may use third-party service providers to support the Platform.
We are not responsible for the content, services, or policies of third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any dispute shall first be resolved through mutual consultation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Lagos State, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023.
Eventfixa reserves the right to institute legal proceedings in any competent Nigerian court.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
Eventfixa may assign its rights and obligations without your consent.
The relationship between the parties is that of independent contractors.
By using Eventfixa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
